29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: Location: Backroom/receiving area On or about February 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that exit signs indicating the direction of travel to exit locations were present. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637953, citation number 1, item number 2A and was affirmed as a final order on 3/6/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Flowood, MS 39232.
