Montgomery, AL: On or about February 10, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that the employees were allowed to operate Cadillac lathe machine without a chuck guard.  (c) At the Welding shop: On or about February 10, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to crushing hazards in that employer allowed employees to operate the aluminum hanger hook press machine without utilizing one or more guarding method to protect the employees from the point of operation.
