Equipment present at the facility includes but is not limited to compression transfer machines/presses such as the Kras press, Baker press, and Watson-Stillman press. Hazardous energies present on equipment includes but is not limited to electrical and hydraulic.

29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees:   On or about February 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that affected employees received instruction in  the purpose of the energy control procedures. The employer did not ensure that  authorized employees who are tasked with the service and maintenance of equipment in the facility had received training as authorized individuals for the isolation of hazardous energies (LO/TO). Equipment present at the facility includes but is not limited to compression transfer machines/presses such as the Kras press, Baker press, and Watson-Stillman press.   Hazardous energies present on equipment includes but is not limited to electrical and hydraulic.
