29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. 1.) Located on loading dock 3, the heavy duty safety switch for the hydraulic dock levelers was blocked by wheeled equipment. 2.) Located in Tony's of North Beach, the KLB3C electrical panel was blocked by pizza boxes and dish racks. 3.) Located in the 630 Park Steakhouse electrical room, shutoff switches for the roof were blocked by boxes and bakeware. 4.) Located on the loading dock near Tony's, the dock leveler safety switch was obstructed by boxes containing items including chemicals. Employees are exposed to an electrical hazard that could lead to injuries including electric shock, burns, and smoke inhalation.
