1910.107(b)(9): Spray booths were not installed so that all portions were readily accessible for cleaning and a clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:  a) Paint Shop, where a clear space was not maintained on all sides of the Binks paint booth due to the storage of metal shelving, wooden shelving, numerous 1-gallon paint cans, numerous 5-gallon buckets of paint, ladders, fans, cardboard boxes, and the placement of the permanent wall constructed of wood and sheetrock.

Where the employer utilized the lockout tagout program for safe electrical work practices no written procedures had been developed for tasks such as, repairing and installing lighting fixtures and replacing outlets.  2. Written procedures had not been developed where employees performed preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment with stored energy, including but not limited to, permanently installed air compressors.
