29 CFR 1926.403(a): All electrical conductors and equipment were not approved: (a) Administration Electrical Room - The employer used a piece of wood to cover the A133 electrical panel, which contained spliced energized conductors for temporary power. The wood was not an approved cover, exposing employees to an electrical hazard, on or about February 14, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
