29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a) During a commercial roof replacement, Jason Carson Construction, 1122 Kossuth Ave., Utica, New York 13501, on or about 2/12/2023, employees were exposed to electrocution/shock hazards while operating a Sky Power 660SJ Telescopic Boom Lift which made contact with a 46kv powerline.
