29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  (a) 3649 Evergreen Parkway, Evergreen, CO, 8439: On or about February 9, 2023, and at times prior, the exit route from the customer side Post Office boxes through the loading dock was blocked by a locked exit door exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards in the event of a fire. The door had no handle nor panic bar and was not able to be opened without the use of a key. Management representatives were not able to produce a key to unlock the door at the time of inspection.
