On or about February 14, 2023, at an establishment located at 1360 Velp Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin, near the west wall of the storage warehouse, flammable liquids were stored in a manner that limited safe egress for employees to exits and stairways.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii):Storage of flammable liquids in office occupancies, except that which is required for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment, was not prohibited. Such storage was not kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public. On or about February 14, 2023, at an establishment located at 1360 Velp Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin, near the main entrance break area and in the office space, employees were exposed to flammable liquids that were not stored in an approved container and/or cabinet.
