29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. (a) Worksite: On or about 02/15/2023, employees were exposed to trip hazards due to scrap and debris obstructing walkways and floors on the ground level throughout Building #2.
