Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. Woods Construction, LLC at the jobsite located at 5885 Dublin - Granville Rd., New Albany, Ohio 43504: the employer did not ensure that an employee performing siding/trim work from the flat roof of a commercial structure was protected from an approximately 15 feet fall from the unprotected sides of the roof
