29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(10):The tops of a non-self-supporting ladder were not placed with the two rails supported equally:  Jobsite located at 81 North Rd, Randolph, MA- rear of dwelling  On or about February 15, 2023, an employee was permitted to use an extension ladder that was set up unevenly at the top as it rested against the gable end of the roof. The two rails were not supported equally.
