29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Skin NV at Starkey Ranch, 13260 Pine Gap Spur, Odessa, Fl., observed on or about 02/15/2023 - Two employees in the process of installing exterior siding while working from a ladder jack scaffolding system were exposed to a 13'10" fall hazard, in that, a personal fall arrest system was not utilized.
