29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2):The quantity of flammable liquids or liquids with a flashpoint greater than 199.4 degrees F (93 degrees C) kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift: (a) At the spray booth at the site, located at 611 W. Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL: On or about 2/21/2023, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a 55 gal drum of methyl ethyl ketone, a flammable chemical, is kept in the vicinity of spraying operations, exceeding a supply for one day or one shift.
