29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not connected to provide effective electrical continuity: The employer was failing to ensure that employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on February 21, 2023 at 7748 North 56th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employees were working near exposed conductors of the 220V electrical wiring that powered a punch press due to the connector not being secured to the machine.
