29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). (a) 3 Executive Drive, Marlton, NJ: Workers were exposed to caught in and struck by hazards in a trench they were working in while installing new concrete stormwater lines had shear wall with no shoring or sloping and was approximately five feet deep in type C soil. Condition noted on or around 2/16/2023
