29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: (a) Residential Site: On or about February 15, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that they were operating a Makita Electric portable circular saw and a pneumatic roofing nail gun without being provided protective eyewear while engaged in framing and roofing installation.
