29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  On or about June 22, 2023, the employer failed to submit abatement documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on April 21, 2023, with an abatement due date of May 10, 2023.  On or about June 22, 2023, the employer failed to submit abatement documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 2 issued on April 21, 2023, with an abatement due date of May 10, 2023.  On or about June 22, 2023, the employer failed to submit abatement documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 3 issued on April 21, 2023, with an abatement due date of May 03, 2023.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   On or about February 16,  2023 employees were performing framing work without any type of fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from heights of 6 feet or greater.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about February 16, 2023, employees who were erecting trusses on a new residential complex were not trained in fall hazards and procedures to minimize those hazards.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from height of 6 feet or greater.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about February 16, 2023, employees were not using eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun during trusses erection and framing work.  This condition expose employees to a struck-by hazard.
