29 CFR 1910.184(f)(1): Wire rope sling(s) were used without having permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer, and did not indicate the recommended safe working load for the type(s) of hitch(es) used, the angle upon which it is based, and the number of legs if more than one: On or about February 15, 2023, and at times prior thereto, at the precast panels area, employees used wire rope slings that did not have the manufacturer's identification markings permanently affixed to indicate the recommended safe working load and uses of the slings.
