29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a): Harbor Freight Tools: On or about February 16, 2023, and times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards while being required to attempt to extinguish small and incipient fires with fire extinguishers that did not have the annual maintenance check preformed.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a): Harbor Freight Tools: On or about February 16, 2023, and times prior, Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with not being able to access electrical panels in the event of an emergency. When delivery trucks were emptied the materials were staged directly in front of the electrical panels.
