1926.1419(a)(2): When the equipment is traveling, the view in the direction of travel is obstructed: (a) Thompson Construction Group, Inc., 535 Commerce Drive, Soperton, Georgia; at the top of the refinery structure, on or about February 14, 2023 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that a signal person was not provided when the load placement area was not in full view of the crane operator.
