On or about February 17, 2023, two employees were installing siding for a new condominium project by connecting two pump jack scaffolds platforms without support; exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about February 17, 2023, two employees were installing siding for a new condominium project by using two connected pump jack scaffolds that did not have base plates and mud sills; exposing the employees to fall hazards.
