29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a. On a 3:12 pitched roof of a temporary commercial work site, at 8903 Lem Turner Road, Jacksonville, FL 32208: On or about February 17, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 9 feet to 15 feet 5-inches, in that fall protection was not utilized by all employees while performing roofing activities.
