29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about February 17, 2023, at the Chase Bank parking lot, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while installing fluorescent lights in the sign from an aerial lift without wearing a personal fall arrest or restraint system.
