29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) On or about February 1, 2023 and at times prior to, framers operating pneumatic nail guns and/or the  Metabo HPT C 10RJ (S) 10" jobsite table saw, were not provided safety glasses to prevent eye abrasions or punctures from wood chips and/or dust.

29 CFR  1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: Note:  See paragraph (i)(1) of this section for additional requirements for hand-fed crosscut table saws.  a) On or about February 1, 2023 and at times prior to, an employee was exposed to amputation hazards while utilizing the Metabo HPT C 10RJ (S) 10" jobsite table saw without a blade guard.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) On or about February 1, 2023 and at times prior to, framers were exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard while sheathing a roof.
