Roof area of the residential job site located at 5741 Merrill Road, Florida 32277: On or about February 21, 2023, the employer Model City Roofing failed to ensure that its sub-contractor Home Services by McCue of North Florida, Inc. protected its employees from eye injuries caused by air-born debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees, while tearing off old roof shingles and while installing sheathing using pneumatic nail guns.
