1926.20(b)(2)  Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  a) Work site was located at 741 NJ 73, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043  A worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately eighteen feet while doing facia work on a new commercial building from a JLG 400S Telescopic Boom Lift with no fall protection on.  Violation was observed on or about February 21, 2023.  The Chridan Enterprises LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1386242, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 840 W. Market St., Tiffin, OH 44883.
