29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Chridan Enterprises LLC on or about March 19, 2019, at the address of 840 W. Market St. Tiffin, OH: The employer did not ensure employees preforming EIFS work from an aerial lift was adequately protected from falls. Two employees working from the lift were not clipped off to the basket while the platform was elevated. The employees were exposed to falls of up to 19 feet to the ground below.
