29 CFR  1910.219(b)(1)(i): A flywheel that was located so that any part is seven (7) feet or less above a floor or platform was not guarded with an enclosure of sheet, perforated, or expanded metal, or woven wire.  (a) Facility at 512 Old Baptist Road in North Kingstown, RI:  On or about February 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the single action power press (#26) flywheel was fully guarded to prevent employee exposure to rotating parts.
