29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling Boat Repair Shop: On and/ or before February 20, 2023, a microwave was plugged into a relocatable power tap which was not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/ or fire hazards. The Navy Region Southwest Port Operations was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1457568, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on April 17,2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2004 Quay Road, Naval Base Coronado Port Operations, San Diego, CA 92135.
