29 CFR 1910.110(b)(16): Personnel performing removal, operation, and/or maintenance work were not properly trained in such function. The employer did not ensure personnel performing operation of propane equipment while transferring liquid propane gas from a truck to a ground tank were properly trained in such function. Specifically, the employer did not ensure personnel were properly trained in the connection of liquid propane hoses to trailers and customer ground tanks. Employees were exposed to liquid propane gas and fire hazards.
