29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS) Location - Calibration Lab: On or about 02/23/2023, an employee was not provided with electrical safety related work practices which are required to be employed to protect the employee when working in and around potential energized electrical equipment. Employee was working on an energized 600v unit and did not use any PPE.
