29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.  While standing on overhead pipes, in the C.U.P. Building located at 5868 Approach Road in Jacksonville Florida: On or about February 14, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 18-feet, in that proper fall protection was not utilized by employees, while performing drywall finishing work .
