29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. (a) On or about February 23, 2023, the panels of the electrical service to the facility on the southside of the building were blocked by various equipment/materials, preventing accessibility.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer shall ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warning are legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. Employers having employees who speak other languages may add the information in their language to the material presented, as long as the information is presented in English as well. (a) On or about February 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the hazard label on the baking flux and water combination dip tank was legible.
