29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about February 23, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite while workers were installing exterior siding working from a man-made scaffold at heights above 10 feet without fall protection, exposing workers to fall hazards.
