29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(v):"Storage in inside storage rooms." In every inside storage room there shall be maintained one clear aisle at least 3 feet wide. Containers over 30 gallons capacity shall not be stacked one upon the other. Dispensing shall be by approved pump or self-closing faucet only. On or about February 23rd, 2023 location: 535 Old Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY 10603 a) 55 gallon drum of class 3 flammable liquid was stored in the exit-route aisle leaving less than 3 feet space for the exit route of the storage room.
