Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) 130 Brittany Dr S; On or about February 22, 2023 and times prior the controlling employer, iRoofPros, exposed its subcontracted employees, Sunny Roofing, to fall hazards of 9 feet 3 inches in that employees were engaged in roofing activities without using fall protection.
