Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:  a) 7600 Wigmore Street; On or about February 23, 2023 and times prior the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 12 feet 4 inches in that the employees were engaged in roofing activities without fall protection.
