29 CFR  1910.305(a)(1)(i):Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, enclosures, frames, fittings, and noncurrent-carrying parts that are to serve as grounding conductors, with or without the use of supplementary equipment grounding conductors, were not effectively bonded where necessary to ensure electrical continuity and did not have the capacity to conduct safely any fault current likely to have been imposed on them:   On or about February 6, 2023, a metal raceway that was once attached to an electrical outlet was observed broken and detached from the outlet while the internal wirings were still attached, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
