29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: A) At Bailey Street Cottages, 284 Bailey Street, Lot 200, Athens, GA 30605; On or about February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees engaged in siding work at a residential home, were exposed to struck by hazards when working underneath a pump jack scaffold support installation with no head protective equipment while overhead work was being conducted.
