Dolgen New York, LLC/Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for 1910.37(a)(3) violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442594, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4118 Farragut Road, Brooklyn, New York, 11210.
