29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Front of building - On or about February 22, 2023, the employer instructed his employees to use the aerial lift to paint the front of the building 34 feet high, without insuring they were protected by the use of a safety harness and lanyard attached to the basket, exposing them to fall hazards.
