29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about February 21, 2023, one employee was performing masonry work for a home under new construction using a chop saw to cut bricks without wearing eye protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck by flying particles.

29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1. On or about February 21, 2023, one employee was performing masonry work for a home under new construction using a chop saw instead of a masonry wet saw to cut bricks, exposing the employee to the hazard of inhalation of silica.
