29 CFR 1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:( On or about February 24, 2023, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to slip and trip hazards while walking through/around the work site with protruding nails and construction debris scatted around the work area.
