29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: Location: Building 2 420 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley MA On or about 2/22/23, a pallet of glass handled by a Lull forklift was not stable or safely arranged to prevent displacement prior to a Lull forklift releasing the glass pallet onto the floor.
