29 CFR  1926.1417(p):  The boom or other parts of the equipment were not free from contacting any obstruction.   Location - 198 South St. Somerville, MA  On or about 2/17/2023, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the counterweight of a Potain MR605B Tower Crane contacted a steel column, shearing the anchor bolts and knocking it to the deck below. This displaced column was annotated as "leave out steel" on the erection drawings.
