29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about March 2nd, 2023, and at times prior there too employees working at the USPS Parkrose location were exposed to occupational injuries and illness when the employer failed to ensure that the exit routes were free and unobstructed. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442354, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3649 Evergreen Parkway EVERGREEN, CO 80439.
