29 CFR 1910.151(c): Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was not available for immediate emergency use. a) At Cottage Hill Water Works, Cantonment, AL: On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed the employees to chemical hazards such as hydrated lime that the employer failed to inspect the eyewash station weekly to make sure the eyewash was available for immediate emergency use.
