Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  21 Marion Avenue, Yonkers, NY:  An employees was exposed to head injuries while working below another employee that was working above on a roof. The employee on the ground was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about January 18th, 2023.
