29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.   On or about February 20, 2023 and at times thereafter, the employer did not ensure that work areas in the JL Paint Building such as but not limited to the third-floor clean room, stairways and passageways to the third-floor clean room, second floor collection room, first-floor powder storage room,  Vac room, and the first-floor between pillars B/C 2-15 were kept clean and sanitary in that High Flow Anti Chip Primer which is a skin and eye irritant and may cause allergic skin reactions was found to be coating surfaces of objects, the floor, walls, and work surfaces.
